Act IV
"Hah, let me see her. Out alas, she's cold.,
Her blood is settled, and her joints are stiff:
Life and these lips have long been separated;
Death lies upon her like an untimely frost
Upon the sweetest flower of all the field." (IV.v.25-29)
The reason that I chose this quote as being most significant for Act IV is because it shows how Juliet's family is deceived into thinking that she has deceased. It also is what will eventually lead to both Juliet and Romeo committing suicide for one another.
