This quote shows how Romeo holds high thoughts of Juliet and thinks that she is from heaven. Regardless of the fact that he was in love with Rosaline a short while earlier, he has now fallen in love with Juliet. This shows how he can fall in love very easily and how his feelings can be easily swayed.
